  • WHEN YOU ORDER
    When you place an order with P&S Healthcare Ltd  we will:

  • Acknowledge your order by e-mail, following receipt of your order form. This e-mail will be your invoice and include details of your order and postage & packing costs.
  • The " buy 6 get the 7th free offer" does not include twin packs. These items are discounted already by having them placed in tein packs and not buying them as single items
  • Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.
  • Endeavour to fulfil your full order requirements. If there are any problems, we will inform you immediately by e-mail or phone and offer an alternative to you without prejudice.
  • All order placed Monday to Thursday will be dispatched from us within 48hrs via your chosen delivery method. Orders placed on Friday we will attempt to disptach on the same day wherever possible, however if the item is not in stock then we will ship the next working day which would be the monday, Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the monday.

    Tracked 48 + Tracked 24 - This is provided by the Royal Mail - please see the link for their delivery times Royal Mail Delivery Times 

    Fed-EX Next Day - Our cut off time for guaranteed next day delivery is 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next working day from P&S Healthcare Limited. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) excluding bank holidays. Fed ex delivery time frames cam be found using the link

    Here at P&S Healthcare Limited we will always endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible but sometimes there are delays with courier/shipping partners that are taken out of our control. We will always ship within 48hrs (Working hours) and place on the service you have requested. In the event of a delay please do contact us and we will always do our very best to assist you wherever possible. Please note we rely on the assistance of Courier companies and cannot control issues they may experience, we will always however try to resolve in the most efficient method possible

    PAYMENT AND SECURITY
    We will only accept payment using a valid credit or debit card. We accept the following cards;

  • All items are priced in Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. @ 20%. Please note there is no VAT included in Children's Products 
    If paying by cheque please note that clearance will be necessary before the goods can be despatched.
    Export orders will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
    These conditions of Sale and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be the courts of exclusivecompetent jurisdiction unless we determine otherwise.

    CANCELLING AN ORDER
    Under the distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel their order up to seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You must inform us by e-mail and return the goods in new and unused condition with the original packaging to us, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. We will then issue a refund (excluding p&p) via the customers Credit Card or another chosen method. Please note it is your responsibility to pay for all return postage. Were serve the right to refuse; exchange or refund if the goods have been worn or used, unless returned under complaint and the complaint is accepted by us.

    RETURNS POLICY
    Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions in the catalogue and on our web site are accurate. If for any reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned unused, and in its original packaging, within 30 days and a full refund for the goods only will be issued or replacement will be given.

    Any exchange will incur a small cost for Admin and Postage but this is quoted at the time the exchange is completed via the telephone with a customer service member. If an error has occured on our part these costs are waivered and the exchange or replacement is covered by P&S Healthcare Limited

    We do not accept returns after 30DAYS of ordering goods.
    We hope you will be very happy with the goods you have purchased.
    Please note that for hygiene reasons washed or worn items cannot be exchanged.

    FAULTY GOODS
    If goods are found not to be of merchantable quality, they may be returned within 10 days and a replacement will be sent, or the money refunded.

    You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, orotherwise use PS HEALTHCARE content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

    You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from Any PSHEALTHCARE.CO.UK or UPSEYDAISY.COM content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

    Any other use of PSHEALTHCARE.CO.UK AND USPEYDAISY.COM content requires the prior written permission of the P&S HEALTHCARE Ltd.

    WASHABLE PRODUCTS 

  • All absorbencies are guidelines only. All P&S underwear garments are Latex free
  • Washable Products must be changed when the user has used them and they have become wet.
  • Do not use any fabric softeners when washing Underwear or any washing detergents with built in catatonic surficants
  • Do not tumble dry 100% cotton Underwear as this will cause the garments to shrink
  • Due to the nature of the product any garment with absorbency will take longer to dry than your standard briefs
